A judgement was renewed eight years ago, and I must go to court for an oral examination. I am getting old and sick and have no job and little money. The bank which got the judgement has been taken over by another and I received a letter from the attorney saying that there was a substitution of the plaintiff. Would it make sense to request paperwork?
