You did not give us your State, no intelligent answer can be given without that.

In general, however, pay your mortgage and car payments and any SMALL credit card balances on cards you wish to keep. Have your ex removed as an authorized user from ALL cards.

See a BK lawyer, in most States your home equity will be sufficient to allow it to be exempted from BK.

Small token payments to anyone is a waste of $$.
