Its pure bull, NO collector can have the IRS do ANYTHING !!

Garnish your wages ??? NO ONE can garnish anything until they sue you first and win a judgment against you. Then and ONLY then can they go after your wages or anything else.

The collector's threats, as usual, are garbage, LIES, ALL LIES !! Ignore them, they are breaking the law.

I urge you to read the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and get really familiar with it, especially the sections on Harrassment and Unconsionable Practices. Keep it handy, hi-lite it.. and learn your rights and THEIR legal limitations.
