Served by attny for Asset Acc. The letter states re: credit card agreement dated ../../.. I have not responded yet to the court and have a question. How much of something incorrect can throw it for them? I only received one letter from the attny, and didn't ask for validation at that time, which I should have done, and had to call the attny to find out what cc agreement he was suing for, and the cc he is referring to, the balance is five times what the suit is for. My question, how can I know that the information he has is correct, and if I pursue it will they realize the error and correct it, or is that enough to throw it for them. It is within the SOL. I don't want to give away too much info on here, but am unsure what my options are. I may just be too late, or should I be thankful for the error and just pay it?
