This debts where ran up while they were married. They are individual accounts in his name. She signed his name to everything. We have been told by 2 different lawyers that he is responsible if she doesn't pay and she is getting ready to file bankruptcy. He had really good credit up to this point and it doesn't seem fair that he should pay for something he had nothing to do with. Thanks for the advice.
