does century get a government seal on the awards they get, if not you might want to try and get it filed in your local hall of records and pull out a certified copy so you can judicialy notice the court that it has no jurisdiction with that sealed document. The guy thats trying to be a Judge in your case will by law have to accept all docs with a government seal and when he does all the contents inside, if you cant get it filed in your county try Pierce county WA. the boys up there have got them trained, or open up a UCC account in Texas then list it as an asset and pull out a certified copy with the U.S. Seal. The seal is the key to shove that award down the courts throat because government seals are mandatory Jucial Notices in the rules of evidence. After he looks at the notice he will start renegotiating with you to replege the debt thank him for his offer and that you will accept condition precedent he shows you an agreement that authorizes him to renegotiate you private agreements and stand on that. The deal with the public record is that your adversary gets public notice and it gets set in stone after 72 hours, set as truth.
