Have your mother send cease and desist letters, CRRR to ALL her creditors.

Make sure you do NOT have your name or address on ANY correspondence.

DO NOT sign for or guarantee any of her health care provider services.

If your mother does not wish to move in with you, make sure she has QUALIFIED home health care and hospice service when she needs it.

She is no longer responsible for these accounts, and neither are you, they will pass on with her.

Have her get whatever pleasure she can in her remaining time, without worrying about creditors.
