She committed Fraud to get those accounts in his name w/o his knowledge or consent.He needs to file a complaint with the local P.D. and he also needs to notify the creditors of ID theft and fraud.

If she's filing bankruptcy and put HIS name on the accounts, he WILL be harrased to pay unless he does something about her Fraud.
