They are another study in 'continuous and ongoing violations of the law'. Punch them back, tell them nothing, nothing in writing. Their 'clients' so to speak, are shady, check them out, you find fraudulent registered agents listed i.e. an Ohio company whose address comes back to someplace in 'Lectrolux, Iowa and when you call they know nothing. Worthy of 'notable mention' to the FTC and your state AG.
