With a Novation and an acceptance by the Debt Collector or Creditor of your Money Order no other fees can be added. You have successfully recontracted the debt. You have to be precise with your Novation when sent. Please look at the examples in the most previous archive. It's called $1 contract. Once accepted by them they are unable to prove their was not a new contract.
