what a bunch of liars! dont listen they r not NOT on ur side! and they r telling u the exact opposite of what u need to do! if u dont answer the judgement..they win by default. man to have that on tape!!! and they can seize ur checking or savings accounts in texas. they can NOT seize ur wages..ur house..and it also means should u come into money..u know lotto..uncle john dying and leaving u 1,000,000 ..then they get paid. it is for 10 years and can be renewed. never go by any verbal agreement. u can pay them till doomsday and they can still sue u anytime they want. the company must use a lawyer in texas to handle the case. one licensed here. pleasee dont believe these people. get them to say this again to u on tape. act stupid. but u have to tell them u r taping it as we r a 2 party state. but no girl. u have to respond to a judgement..mannnn. i cant believe this. scum! and hugssss tx momy. frm this tx granma lol. ask anything u want or need to hon. dont apologize! i ask constantly cause its a complicated thing..they r so scamming u.
