Interest, fees and no statements after charge off

If I remember correctly reading something in the past, adding interest and fees after charge off is not legal. Especially under Texas usury laws.

Can anyone add more to this? -- Thanks

yes true. they dont have to accept anything..but it would help them get their money, as i for one do not have a lump sum. if i did i wouldnt have gotten behind on my account lol. when u add the interest and such ..which, yes.,i know is legal..but it puts it out of my reach to resolve it,,,
