I had a loan with a finance company for a truck. Unfortunately I became unable to pay it off, so they offered me to pay half of what was still owed and I said I could not come up with that amount and they should just come repo the truck. I told them this three times BUT for some unknown reason they refused to pick up vehicle and sent full amount owed to a credit collection agency. This agency is refusing any type of payment plan that I can afford and says they will only accept the full amount or be forced to start legal actions against me for their client the original lender/finance company. Can this credit collection agency do that? Also what type of legal action on their part am I possibley looking at?
