Is the balance of what you owe less than the savings account? If they get the judgment, they will go to your bank and get a writ and levy your savings account. IF they think you are going to move your assets, they will initiate a freeze.

By the way what they are doing is blackmail and extortion. To tell you that if you contest in anyway a lawsuit that they initiated against you without cause when you have been paying them, is a form of extortion. Start taping them and getting them on tape and play it before the judge. That is blackmail, illegal as hell and criminal extortion.

Make them bring the tea. I would pull money from savings account in cash and put it in a safe spot. Leave one hundred dollars in there. Take the rest.
