Help- How do I stop the phone calls

I am going to file BK next week. The CA keeps calling my house and I told them to stop or I would call the police. I said put everything you want to say to me in writing. They laughed at me and said that can call 1 time per day during business hours and I can't STOP THEM! If I forbide them from calling, can they LEGALLY STILL CALL? Thank you
