phone calls/refuses validation

Hi, I have wrote several times about this account. It is a credit card account, 2 years old, I am in NC. A Central Credit Services, Jeremy Rudin, has been calling me and my neighbors. I requested validation by mail, they received it and signed for it 1/8/04. Mr Rude just called, he told me they did not validate, would not, and "people like me are just waiting to go to jail". I asked him to please explain what "people" Like me were? Hmm...blonde? mid 40's? Female? Married w/children? I then told him as soon as I recieved validation we could discuss this but until then I did not know if what he was talking about even concerned me. Then he got really mad, said a bunch of nasty things and hung up on me......smile. Now what can I do to this a$$hole. I am very tired of these jerks. thanks
