Did you send your validation letters certified mail? If not they will deny receiving anything. Had you gotten that call on tape they woulda been creamed in court. I highly suggest you get something to tape phone conversations which is legal in your state and you do not even have to let them know they are being taped.
1)send validation letter with telephone cease and desist certified mail return receipt requested
2)tape call
