i live in texas, have individual cc debts-co'd, i want to file individual bk7. my accts. do not appear on DH's CR nor did he ever sign, payfor, buy with or anything on these accts. will my bk7 cause my creditors to go after him after i get the bk ? also, what will happen if i do not reafirm any joint accts i had with him, mainly the house ? he's the main acct. holder on those, i am the co owner or AU. i do plan to reafirm though on the joints-house. i saw in a post reply of parry, that commun. prop. state would make DH liable if e were married at the time i incured these debts. thanks for any help :)--faux
