Send them the SOL letter from my website.
File a complaint against them with the FTC and your State's Attorney General's Office. Next time they call, say this:
"Please give me your name and address, and speak clearly as I am recording this call for action by the (name of your County) 's sheriffs department, and the fraud department of (your telephone company) on my filed complaint for fraudulent extortion and harrassment against your company".
