When looking for dates you should never get your credit report online. You want to order the mail version of the credit report directly from the credit bureaus. That is the only way you can get direct information and dispute any inaccuracies. You cannot dispute inaccuracies on your credit report when you order online. The mail version of your credit report (get all three from each of the bureaus) will have the account.

It is also important to note that some creditors don't report to all three bureaus. They may only choose one, that is why it is important to get all three. Experian mail version is the best to get for charge off dates, last payments, etc.

Good luck.
