Hi do you have a link to your Cease and Desist document? Also if you file a C and D against a CA but later on they forward it to a laywer do I have to serve the C and D to the attorney who takes over from the CA?
For example; I serve the C and D on the CA. They stop calling.. but then a law firm takes over.. Do i have to serve a second C and D to the law firm who takes over? Thank you very much
