whychat/ about charging off after 180 days

capitol 1 does not necessarily charge off after any time period. some of mine were after 4 months..and i have one that still isnt after 9 months. just curious ..thought i would tell ya. :) weird stuff! unless they can charge it off and then still handle it? or send it to a CA and still not charge it off? sheesh. who knows? we sure cant tell.
