i dont know i mean murderers get off every day with good lawyers. how can they prove fraud? u show em bill receipts and grocery lists..say u paid this with it. i would think intent is very hard to prove unless u did it like right b4 it was filed. just my opinion..dont mean squat legally or otherwise lol. u dont tell em u pulled it out in anticipation of anything. u have bills..car repairs..shrug* ..if u knew 2 months ahead of time and left cash in the bank i would seriously check ur mental health lol. just my view* b4 our bankrupcty we were told to spend anything we had. not to let the court find it at all. they didnt even ask.
