Thank you, the att. is very explicit in his rules, I failed to read all he had given us before I called. Doesn"t like to be bothered, I guess we should have waited until we went back in to see "her." We just thought my husband should not reaffirm the

I am on social sec. dis anyway now and cannot make the payment, he always makes it even though the house loan is in both names. When we took the loan out I was on disability. I don't know why the bank put my name first on there anyway.(they said I had such good credit and did not even check husband's) If we wait, as we already have a judgment,(from Discover) just waiting for the second summons, then my husband gets his wages ganrished, thus we are doing the banktruptcy. We are in Indiana. I know bankruptcy is terrible, but I see no other choice. My husband will retire in 2 years. Thank you all so very much and thanks for the hugs. I am an educated woman and it breaks my heart that this has come to this. But I was injured at work and get very frustrated that I cannot work anymore. I have faith, but yesterday, I just cried, called daughter and friend, but they are so far away.
