State of Florida
Last payment to Original Creditor 01/02
For Utility bill, so i believe the UCC applies for the SOL.

If in the case of a collection agency has an account assigned for collection, and this collection account is listed as "xxx collection agency" and they are liscensed in the state of Florida as "xxx collection agency", but their written communications to me are from "abc collection agency", is this not in violation of the FDCPA? Does the FDCPA not prohibit them from collecting in the name of another?

Pointers anyone?
