The case is not won until the final judgment is made in favor of the creditor. Why are you so sure they will win?

To answer your question, fraud only arises in bankruptcy. You have to submit your bank statements for 6 months prior. The court in bk will look at your transactions for up to one year prior and six months after to see what you are doing.

The court only issues the judgment. It does not collect it. You can do whatever you want to with the money. BTW, there is a period after judgment that is dead- that is the creditor can not collect until your time is up to file an appeal or new trial request.
