y'all been buisy here, i am back to my ping pong game:) as far as judges go for bk, i think my case would be handled by the north texas courts, a hint-close to I35 and in the middle of dfw and austin.closer to north texas than south texas. anyway, what about DH, he's not going to file, so wouldt the mortgage co. just keep going with him, as he is the primary on the mortgage anyway, i'm just the side kick. so i could either reafirm or include ? or would that force him into a refinance to remove my name because of the bk7? he has the payments taken directly from his acct, which i had him remove me from a year ago. we both now have seperate bank accts. he has never been late, in fact the mortgage is on the by- weekly plan to pay off sooner.
