Thanks for the info - your thread with Why Chat back in Aug was helpful. As it stands, I haven't yet been sued. They sent a settlement offer 'per our phone conversation' and I have yet to respond to that. IT was only on regular paper and did not have the ususal 'this is an attempt to collect....'.

Based on this, rather than rock the boat, should I send letters to Asset to validate the accts or based on my understanding (and your dissemination of) the ORC file the SOL since 'technically' it can be argued that it is 4 years?
