If you're only 60 days late, the account isn't even charged-off yet - and the 'attorney' is likley no more than another collection agency. It is extremely rare to be sued before charge-off, so you don't have a whole lot to worry about except their stupid threats and scare tactics.

Unless you can get the account current right away, ignore the letter, there is no point in killing yourself with stress over empty threats.
