Its bullcrap, and a scam. The only thing those 'programs' are designed to do is to separate you from your wallet. This crap about the banking system being illegal and unconstitutional is ridiculous - its garbage.

For the guy/gal who paid $2500 to get rid of debt - guess what - the largest company out there selling that scheme is in SO much trouble with the Feds and many states for FRAUD - among other things !

If it sounds to good to be true, it probably IS !

There are other ways, LEGAL ways, CHEAPER ways to deal with your debt than lining someone else's pockets.
