true JK. i did not have to show any bank statements. list it yes. everyone i know here who has done BK was told get ur money .spend it. (hide it--ok u didnt hear that) .. something. but the judge didnt look at ours unless he did something in office. he asked us questions that were in the statement filed..is this true? is this true? u say yes sir or yes ur honor. case done. i would not advise anyone to file bankrupcty on their own..the law is too complicated. but watch ur lawyer so he actually does something he is sposed to. many dont. ok we did the BK that discharges all debts. the other kind may be diff. we cant pay em so why say we can? at the moment anyways. re divorce filed also..my oldest daughter had a short marriage..no prop, no kids nothing. she learned if u file urself..the judges here do not like that. they will nitpick at it and reject it. the filing fee is gone and u have to start over. she went with a lawyer.
