Go to the court house. (Magistrate) and look up the record. The clerks will help you. Was the atty. asking for money? Why was HE contacting you?
I CAN help you through this as I'm in Ga. and this IS my area. What county? Some courts are on line. And YES they have to serve you in person ( can't tack to door ) for it to count. There are a LOT of little things that you can do and a LOT of things they MUST do but they don't because they have NOT been called on it. It is up to you to raise the question in court.
