If you send the SOL letter from my website, using the statute for the 4 year SOL, they will have been legally notified that you are prepared to fight them.

There is NO WAY, in my opinion, that they will continue their collection activities, much less file suit against someone who is prepared to fight them.

The 4 year Ohio SOL is not easy to explain, as it is in the area of contract law, not consumer law, however, even with the difficulties involved, if someone HAS been sued, and they have completely and properly followed all the instruction, and had all their documents entered i their case file, they have won in Court.

I have asked some of those who have succeeded to post back on the forum,( almost all were 1 on 1 counseling via e-mail) but so far few have done so.Since I do not keep any data from my private e-mails, and would not give out the e-mail addresses of any one without permission, you will just have to take my word.
