The atty ref'd a court file number in his letter though nothing else, simply stating "they can help".

I would prefer to resolve prior to being served and having to go to court.

Can this be avoided or should I expect to be served?

The only knowledge I had of this was from the 3rd party atty's letter, not from Credigy.

Being unfamiliar to this, I just don't know waht to expect and certainly do not need a Sheriff showing up at my office!
