Very true. I was only trying to help the best way I know how. But you have to know a LOT of the details to give a good answer. There are MANY "pitfalls" (for both sides of a suite) and to be able to help in th best way I need ALL the details.
I'm NOT a lawyer but I have LOST some GOOD cases because of some VERY LITTLE things. Only trying to help.
