ok the latest, 3 civil default judgments. 70K in CC debt.
will file ch 7 in March due to trying to get mortgage caught up.
my question, the CA's that filed civil suit are threatening sheriff seizures of non exempt property... I have no non exempt property, problem is one of the civil suits never sent me a form to list non exempt property, so they wrote & said the sheriff will be coming to seize stuff....how can the seize anything without looking at my exemptions? & should I write to the CA & tell them that I have no non exempt property & are planinng on filing ch 7 in March, should I tell the that I plan to file?
