I just received a packet from the court house. First page is addresses to my husband. Second is generic letter about the hearing on what date and time. Third is a list of cases and plaintiff vs. defendant. This is the first I've ever seen. We have not been served with anything on this account. NC accounts for MBNA with Smith & Debnam. We have another MBNA account that we received summons and picked up at sheriff's office and filed our answer. Is this legal? We were never served with anything? Also we don't live in that county either? What do we do next?
