i have a chevron. they let u make payments of so much of ur balance..and have been very nice. shamrock was a pain in the a$$ and wanted it paid off every month in full. cancelled it on me. oh well chevron is making plenty of bisness and profit off me. shamrocks loss! citco is usually easy to get..in ur neck of the woods i dont know tho.
