so did mine the other day. they have a script to read. i kept saying may i tape this? and she kept right on with her first sentence. i got the hugest kick out of it. just wish i had the nasty stuff on tape. she was more confused and sounded new and young. but dear..they will get worse. be prepared lol. i hope u do win. i really do. it is appalling to talk to total strangers like that and to think they do it hours upon hours a day. now u know why we dont like collectors. lol. they r a breed apart and literally scare the hell out of people with their threats. no one deserves that abuse.
