To start with there is a letter on Why Chat's web site to dispute this. Scroll to Newcomers to find the web site. Go to Repossion deficiency. (something like that) This is common practice. I don't know a lot on this subject, but the letter is a good start, and I am sure others will be along with more info for you. Good Luck.
