I have a old debt from 1999 that I it is a visa car the Atty contacted me last week and called me at work I advz him I could not have calls at work he persisted to call me 20 times over 3days he called my husband my father in law and my exhsband he demanded the money in full I explained I didnt relize I had the debt I could make large payments he refuse and said he would put me in jail and take my home. What are my right please help...
