sorry im slow but i still dont have a definite answer to this. im persistent lol if nothing else. capitol one still has not charged off my small account. small lmao credit limit was 200$ its up to like 700$ now. i think they r keeping it to charge fees until it reaches a certain amount and then charge it off. but whychat (hugs*) said they must in 180 days! by law>? cant find the law hon. cap1 hasnt done it on this one. since last march and they still r holding it. really curious on this..thank u in advance!
