And if they DID get a judgment against you?? What could they take? The exemptions in BK are the same as for judgments, and there is NO wage garnishment allowed in your State. If your LOC is secured by your home, you would risk foreclosure if you stopped paying it in either case.

You say the last "activity" was in 2002? That is not what I asked, when did YOU last make a payment DIRECTLY to the ORIGINAL creditor on the account when it was NOT past due or had late charges added.
