When filing Ch. 7 and you list all assets. Do they come to your house and "look and count" things?
What about things that are your childrens' ie: a T.V. set, Playstation, VCR. Can they touch these things.
Most of these things don't have much value if sold as a "yard sale" type sell.
Again I'm in Ga.
