My heart goes out to you and your inlaws. It makes me sick to think that our Constitution allows these evil parasites to strike fear into people for money! I have been receiving phone calls for almost a year from this company, and I have gotten to the point where I don't care. Depending on what state you are in, they can't sue you because they aren't licensed in every state. I also found that there is a statute of limitation on debts. They have to file a judgment against your inlaws, and unless the house mortgage or payments are in question the law won't let them take their house.

Don't let these gutless cowards take away your right...fight this to the very end...they'll get tired eventually...good luck!
