You need to treat Repo-men like all other collection agents, don't talk to them.

Tell them (don't ask) to leave now! If they are not gone in 5 seconds, call the police, and explain the repo-man is breaching the peace.

If by chance they have the hook on your car, get in the car and call the police, and don't leave. Tell the police the same line the repo-man is breaching the peace and won't leave.
