Hi, what happens now depends on your income and assets. In some states they can garnish, but that is limited to (I think) 25%.
They can compell you to give tell them what assets you have. There are exemptions (things they can't touch) I will give you a link to exemptions, this is a bankrupcy site, but the same applies to a judgement. Take a look at the exemptions, and figure out what they can take. I WOULD SUGGEST TAKING MOST OF YOUR MONEY OUT OF THE BANK.
