Ok,I just found a website that claims they have 2 or 3 years after filing to serve a summons in Cal. depending on local court rules.That seems absurd,but I dont think I have been served legaly.No one has come here to serve any papers and I wouldnt dodge them anyway..Should I file an answer yet or wait for legal service?
