City Marshall? hand delivered to our son a "Summons" from Midland Credit Management. This is for a CC my wife had and owes $1200.00. The Attorney's names are Upton, Cohen & Slamowitz. There is no court date stated on the summons.This is dated back in Oct 2003 and delivered to our home Jan 2004. Could this be legit or BS? Has a note that she does not need to go to court to answer. Any suggestions?
