about relaxing..that could get u bit in the butt. just was trying to help cause when we re-fied our house i did NOT know all i have learned since. didnt know anything charged off had to paid off..i was pretty dumb. i know something they can do in texas..not sure of the details..is a second lien but im not sure what that means yet. still too legaleaze for me to understand. still researching that topic. u just cant be too careful..in my humble opinion! IMHO! for dear james who cant follow my shorthand lol. :)
